Leading a stress-free life can be hard but there are three things that can hold you back from living stress free. Understanding what these obstacles are is a big step towards a solution.

One of the first behaviors that causes stress and anxiety is a negative outlook. They have a intensely negative look at people, relationships, and themselves.

Have your ever found yourself thinking negatively? Making excuses of why you can't do something or having a woes is me attitude. A poor attitude can hold you back from living and thinking positively.

The second biggest cause of stress is perfectionism. When everything in your life has to be "just right" then you might find yourself in a state of anxiety and stress. This unknowingly type of behavior can impede your capacity to take pleasure in things without feeling edgy or tense.

Finally there is obsessive analysis. When you are obsessed about analyzing things, you find yourself wanting to re-hash a task or an issue over and over again. For instance, you might find yourself making statements such as, "I need to look this over, study it, and know it inside and out...or else I can't relax!" or "If I relax and let things go without looking them over repeatedly, things go wrong!"

Realizing that you are acting this way is one of the greatest steps to eliminating stress and controlling your anxiety.

Look at your behavior closely and turn to your loved ones for help. Have them make an honest assessment of your behavior. Accept what they have to say and use there comments to help you crush crush stress and anxiety.
