Being A Genius

By Vicki Irvin

The popular argument that geniuses are born and not created has been proved false many times over. So anybody can be a genius and that includes you as well. Many genomic research studies have found no solid connection between genes and intelligence.

The idea of who is a genius and who is not has to be understood clearly. All the great scientists were geniuses. Einstein, Newton just to name a few. Great musicians like Beethoven were geniuses too. But that's not it. Those who topped your school, college and those who are making billions are also geniuses.

Little thinking about how they do it and it will be clear that they are masters at what they do. The farmer at farming, the cook at cooking and the writer at story telling, they are all good at their work and hence are called geniuses. . All the success is made to look effortless making others marvel at their work.

Geniuses set the bar very high for their own work. They can't put up with failure. Each setback is a moment of enlightenment which has a high learning quotient.

Difficulties are faced, when they occur, without batting an eye lid. Only on achieving success do they pause to catch their breath. Zeal and the ability to work keeps them focused on the goal. To become a genius, it is essential to find opportunities and work on them. Simply waiting for them to come to you will not help. Geniuses are at the right place at right time doing the right thing!

Geniuses have an attitude that helps them act smart always. Negativity negates success. Optimism helps make positive changes required to rise to the occasion. The aspiration to learn can never be dropped if you want to succeed. Implementation of acquired knowledge in a planned manner will make you a genius.
