Negative people come in all shapes, sizes, behaviors and bad attitudes. Again, you don't have to participate. See their behaviors for what they are, their own unhappiness that they are choosing not to change. Keep an attitude about you that promotes your own positive behavior and high self esteem.

Our world changes everyday. You can see these changes as an opportunity for personal growth and learning. This is a great way to improve your own self.

It all comes down to choices. Positive self esteem is a personal choice and it does take determination to hold true to that choice, but it is still your choice. Your life is your very own identity.

Some people have to fight for positive self esteem and for some it comes easily. How you were raised and the traits you were born with are big influences over you.

Of course there are other things that will influence you like your spouse, your friends, co-workers and the economy. But for you to maintain your self esteem and continue on your path of self improvement, it will be your determination that will dictate the outcome.

You never want to give away your power or your self esteem. You have the final say over your life and you need to know that you control your thoughts, actions and behaviors.
